Refund and Returns Policy

At P1Press we want to do right by our customers!

If you receive an item from P1Press that is damaged in transit or fails to download, we will do whatever we can to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.

  • If you have a challenge, do not hesitate to email us at inquiries@p1press.co
  • Unfortunately certain items are not refundable.
    • Subscriptions
    • Any Downloadable product, including but not limited to, E-Pubs and Audiobooks.
  • Books returned for refund must be in new condition and unused. P1Press will issue call tags to retrieve the item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Upon inspection and approval of the returned item, your refund will be processed within One business day. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank or credit card company before contacting us as some institutions may hold credits for an extended period of time.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To return your product, please follow directions provided with call tag.
